Making a booking
Please telephone or email to check availability. Once we have confirmed availability then Booking Conditions apply.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the stay is required to confirm the booking.
Prices quoted are per room per night, and include a room with an en-suite bathroom or private shower room, and breakfast.
Your room will be available after 3pm but we will ask you for your approximate arrival time when you make your booking.
10am on the day of departure.
Confirming a booking
We will send you an electronic or postal invoice showing the non-refundable deposit due. Payment of the deposit confirms your booking. Your booking is not deemed as confirmed until the deposit has been received. The balance of your payment is due at least four weeks prior to arrival and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment in full is not received by this date. Your invoice will show the final date the balance is due. Please arrange all payments unless otherwise arranged in Euros by electronic bank transfer to the account specified on your invoice.
Cancelling a booking
If you wish to cancel your booking at any time prior to your visit we will retain your non-refundable booking deposit. Please note that any cancellations received within four weeks of arrival are subject to 100% cancellation charges. This charge does not apply to the cost of any evening meals.
If you do not turn up and fail to notify us we will assume you do not require the room. We retain the right to re-let the room at which point it will not be available to you. In the event of a no-show, you will automatically be deemed to have cancelled your room and your reservation will be subject to 100% cancellation charges.
We suggest that you take out travel insurance to cover you .
