The private terrace overlooking a landscaped garden is accessed by French patio doors from the dining room and living room, and a hall door.  Undercover are 2 large tables with 10 chairs. You will also find a large gas BBQ which cooks food to perfection!  Apart from the colourful and generous garden of lavender, roses,  oleanders, herbs, fig, olive and cypress trees and indigenous plants there are other seating areas to enjoy.  Feel free to use some of the herbs in your own meals. (Please note: there is no lawn at Maison Laurent as there is a great village playground/sports ground/park almost next door).

The 10mx5m private and secure heated swimming pool and pool house/summer kitchen are located at the end of the garden. The pool depth is 1.3m throughout and is bordered with a railing and child safety gate. A thermal cover is supplied to help maintain a clean pool and heat overnight. After arrival, the pool is cleaned again, once during the week to ensure the water levels and hygiene are maintained at all times.  A mix of sun loungers, parasols and sofa/chairs are provided specifically for the pool area.  A WC with shower is located in the pool house.
